Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour with Takmon Travels Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance amount (minimum 30% of package cost). Balance must be paid at least 48 hours before travel unless otherwise agreed.

2. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

The exact inclusions/exclusions are as mentioned on the package page. Any service not explicitly listed will be treated as excluded.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar / Passport / Driving License).
• Follow the trip schedule communicated by our coordinator.
• Foreign nationals must carry valid visa and passport at all times.
• Respect local culture, sites, and fellow travelers.

4. Force Majeure

Takmon Travels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or itinerary changes due to reasons beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, government advisories or pandemics.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the package amount paid. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, medical emergencies or expenses arising from personal actions of travelers.

6. Photography & Media

Photographs taken during the trip may be used for our marketing with your consent. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be featured.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

8. Amendments

Takmon Travels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The revised version will be effective from the date of publication.
